JAMMU, Oct 7: Superintending Engineer (Distribution), JPDCL, O&M Circle, Kathua has informed that for shifting of electrical utilities coming under widening of road at Phinter to Billawar, by M/s Alliance Transcon Pvt. Ltd, the power supply to Billawar Town, Kotli, Kishanpur, Tilla, Billawar Rural Dewal and Dher will remain affected on October 8, 10, 12, 14 and 16 from 9 am to 4 pm.
