JAMMU, Oct 8: To provide best possible medical facilities to the people, BJP Mahila Morcha president, Sanjita Dogra, along with her team organized a camp of Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Yojna (PMABY) at BJP office Kachi Chawni here ,today. It was inaugurated by former president, BJP J&K and ex MLA Jammu West, Sat Sharma (CA).
J&K BJP vice-president and Prabhari, Mahila Morcha, Anuradha Charak, ex MoS, Priya Sethi, BJP Jammu West district president, Munish Khajuria, secretary and Seh-Prabhari Mahila Morcha, Veenu Khanna, Mahila Morcha general secretaries, Neha Mahajan and Urvashi Gupta and prominent inhabitants of the area were also present.
Sat Sharma, on this occasion, said that it is prime duty of ABVP to serve the needy and poor people and Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Yojna is the scheme where crores of needy people across the country have been benefited. He asserted that Ayushman Bharat scheme is a revolutionary decision taken by the Government of India in the larger interest of the poor people.
He further said that the scheme is not only providing insurance cover to the people but has also given them a sense of security and lakhs of beneficiaries have got themselves registered under Pradhanmantri Jan Arogya Yojana Ayushman Bharat.
Former MoS, Priya Sethi said that it is our prerogative to serve the needy and Ayushman Bharat is a scheme where crores of needy people across India have been benefited. She asserted that Ayushman Bharat Scheme is a revolutionary decision taken by the Union Government in the larger interest of poor people of the country.
Sanjita Dogra said that Ayushman Bharat Yojna is the country’s flagship public health insurance scheme. She said that this type of initiative by BJP Government has won the trust of crores of Indians, especially the poor and downtrodden. She further added that the biggest benefit of the scheme is “portability” and the beneficiaries can get top quality and affordable medical care not only where they are registered but also in other parts of India.
Prominent among those who were present included Neeru Anand, Prerna Nanda, Reema Padha, Suman Raina, Geetanjli Mahajan, Poonam Gupta, Anita Gandotra, Meenakshi Jamwal, Vaishno Devi and Archana Kaushal.
