CJ frames Artificial Intelligence Committee

JAMMU, Oct 12: Chief Justice of J&K High Court Justice Gita Mittal has constituted Artificial Intelligence Committee.
The committee is comprised of Justice Rajesh Bindal (Chairperson) and Justice Puneet Gupta (Member) and it will look into the aspects of use of Artificial Intelligence language technology in translation of judicial documents.
Moreover, the committee will look into use of Artificial Intelligence in process automation on the administrative side, explore potential of use of Artificial Intelligence in legal research assistance on judicial side and to explore potential usage of AI in other judicial avenues.
The CPC e-Courts will assist the committee and coordinate with the Member-Convenor of the Artificial Intelligence Committee of the Supreme Court of India.
