JAMMU, Oct 17: Government has awarded Dr Kapil Sagar MLHP Medical Officer for COVID management.
Dr Sagar rendered his selfless services during the Corona Pandemic. He was awarded certificate of appreciation for his self-less services by the Financial Commissioner (FC), Health and Medical Education Department, J&K, Atal Dulloo.
The FC described Dr Sagar as the real hero of the Union Territory, saying the Government values every single effort to save every life during these challenging times.
