Restore Madana to Hari Buddha road: JKIM

POONCH, Oct 18: Dilapidated condition of Madana to Hari Buddha road has become the tension for the local public since long and administrative carelessness over the issue is astonishing.
Following SOPs of Covid 19 people of all Panchayats of Hari Buddha and Nehrian today held a meeting at Hari Budha under the banner of Jammu Kashmir Insaaf Movement (JKIM) led by it’s chairman Javid Iqbal Reshi, wherein, the people expressed their anguish over the attitude of neglect of the district administration towards the issue.
Panch Mohd Iqbal of the area on the occasion said, “They have filed a complaint with Lieutenant Governor’s Grievance Cell under the supervision of JKIM on Sept 25, which was forwarded to District Development Commissioner Poonch on 1st of this month for the redressal of the issue within 15 days”.
He said, “ District administration has still not taken any note of the matter and the road is inviting any big accident.”
The letter to LG was to close the road for transport or restore the road at priority basis and administration has replied to LG that “it will be resolved on priority basis.”
Meanwhile, Reshi has sought the personal intervention of Lieutenant Governor of Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir onto the matter.
