JAMMU, Oct 27: Partially modifying its earlier order, Government today reconstituted Executive Committee of J&K Skill Development Mission (JKSDM).
According to the Government order, the Executive Committee of JKSDM shall comprise of a chairperson, one member secretary and six members. Administrative Secretary, Skill Development Department will be the chairperson of the Committee while Mission Director J&K Skill Development Mission will be member secretary.
Besides, one representative (not below the rank of Additional/Deputy Secretary) each of Finance Department, Labour & Employment Department, Industries and Commerce Department, School Education Department and Youth Services & Sports Department will be members of the Executive Committee of JKSDM.
“The terms of reference of the Committee shall however remain the same as contained in the Government Order Number 159-GAD of 2017 dated 09-02-2017,” the order reads.
