SHIMLA : High reaches of Lahaul Spiti and Kinnaur of Himachal Pradesh experienced snowfall as it was partly cloudy in the state since last evening, the Met Office said.
Keylong Headquarter of Lahaul Spiti had three cm fresh snowfall. The 13,050 ft high Rohtang, Kunjum passes.
Lady of Keylong, Seven sister’s hill and Goshal hill, Barlacha and other high peaks of Kinnaur got a light spell of snowfall dipping down the mercury below freezing point.
The Met Office recorded one mm each rainfall at Tourist resort Manali, Dalhousie and Chamba as it was partly to mainly cloudy in the state.
Minimum temperature of Keylong in Lahaul Spiti was recorded minus 0.8 degrees, Kalpa 2.3 degrees, Manali 4.8 degrees, Seobagh in Kullu five degrees, Mandi seven degrees, Bhuntar 8.2 degrees, Dalhousie 8.4 degrees, Kufri 9.3 degrees, Sundernagar 9.4 degrees and Una 9.9 degrees.
Palampur in Kangra 10.5 degrees, Hamirpur 11.2 degrees, Shimla and Dharmshala 11.4 degrees, Bilaspur 11.5 degrees, Chamba 11.8 degrees, Kangra 12 degrees, Jubberhat in Shimla 13 degrees Nahan 14.7 and Ponta Sahib in Sirmaur 15 degrees. (AGENCIES)
