KATHUA, Nov 6: Police and Revenue Department teams sealed two illegally run fire crackers shops at Kharota Morh.
As per reports, a joint team from Kathua Police Station and Revenue Department conducted surprise inspection of the fire crackers shops at Kharote Morh. During inspection, two shops were found running illegally and accordingly were sealed.
Later, the team inspected a fire crackers shop in main market Kathua. The shop was running on expired license. The team warned the shopkeeper and initiated legal action against him.
The team warned the fire crackers shops not to sale foreign made crackers otherwise legal action will be initiated against them. The crackers should be put on sale after November 7 as ordered by the District Administration from the designated places.
