JAMMU, Apr 29: The residents of Vijay Nagar, Talab Tillo held a meeting and framed a welfare committee for the development of the area.
In the meeting, Raja Vivek was elected as president, while RL Kaul as vice president, Ravinder Kumar Kaul as general secretary, KK Chatta as publicity secretary and Rakesh Sharma as cashier.
Suresh Pandita, AK Tiku and Ashwani Kotwal were elected as members.
