Dharmarth Trust employees announce agitation from Dec 2

JAMMU, Nov 26: Seeking reinstatement of the suspended employees and fulfillment of other demands, Dharmarth Trust Employees Association has announced agitation from December 2.
Decision in this regard was taken during executive body meeting of Dharmarth Trust Employees Association, held under the chairmanship of Vivek Bandral President of the Association to discuss the long pending demands of the employees.
These employees are demanding pay scale at par with Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board employees, release of one month pay as bonus , 15 percent D A installment and implementation of ESI scheme.
The meet decided that employees of the trust shall hold demonstration in support of their genuine demands and against the doctorial/ adamant attitude of the trust management on December 2, 2020 in front of trust office. The Association alleged that instead of trust management holding talks negotiation to settle the long pending demands of the employees, they suspended the Association President , General secretary and other office bearer with mala fide intensions to crush the trade union activities.
It is mention here that Dharmarth Trust has suspended five employees of the trust on the ground that they participated in undesirable activities and used unparliamentarily language against Chairman trustee and trust management and malign the reputation of the trust.
The Association termed the allegations incorrect, baseless, manipulated and denied by the employees vide written reply submitted on 12.11.2020 and on 16.11.2020. The Association claimed to have also written a letter to Secretary Dharmarth Trust to withdraw the suspension of the employees and allow them to work on their place of duty and hold talks negotiation with employees representatives to settle the long pending demands.
However, the meet said, till today no response has been received on the issue .and now trust employees have no other alternatives but to start agitation from December 2 in support of our demands and trust management shall be responsible for the same,” they said.
The meeting was attended by Suneet Sharma, Surjeet Singh, Parshotam Sharma, Ram Paul Sharma, Rajinder Shastri, Jagjeet Chand, Anil Sharma, Balwant Shastri, Harbans Shastri, Madan Sharma, Jeeven Kumar , Kundan Lal, Subash Shastri, Rakesh Shastri, Rekha Devi , Bandana Devi, Madam Handa, Vimal Khajuria, Bablu Kumar, Ashwani Kumar, Sat Paul Pandit, Sagar Singh and Bhikham Singh.
