JAMMU, Nov 26: Government has suspended Dr Riyaz Jan, Medical Officer (MO), CHC Mandi for misconduct and attached him with Directorate of Health Services, Jammu.
“Pending enquiry into his conduct, Dr Riyaz Jan, Medical Officer, CHC Mandi, is hereby placed under suspension with immediate effect, in terms of Rule 31 of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956,” said an order issued by Atal Dulloo, Financial Commissioner, Health and Medical Education Department.
The order mentioned that the doctor shall remain attached with Directorate of Health Services, Jammu during the period of his suspension.
