CRPF organizes workshop on stress management

Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, May 3: Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) Srinagar Sector organised a workshop on stress management at the office of DIGP (south), CRPF in Srinagar. The workshop was organized with the help of Brahma Kumaris, which is instrumental in changing people’s lives all over the world. Dr Binny Sareen and Neena Sareen of Brahma Kumaris conducted the workshop. The workshop was inaugurated by DK Pathak, Spl DG, J&K zone, who in his inaugural speech said that stress happens mostly in the context of our day to day interactions and relationships. Before managing and preventing stress, a new understanding is required to be developed, which is essential for managing stress among security forces. The workshop was attended by KM Yadav, DIG South, Bhupender Singh, DIG/RTC and Srinagar based senior officers of CRPF . The purpose of the programme was to make officers aware about the causes and remedies of Stress which is being faced by security forces.
