JAMMU, Dec 9: Government has decided to implement electronic Human Resourse Management System (Manav Sampda) for officers of Indian Administrative Service (IAS) and Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Service (KAS) including Junior Scale KAS officers.
“In order to enable the registration of officers on the portal, the data of the officers to be customized with the application requirements is required, as various mandatory fields required for the purpose are not available with the General Administration Department and the information already available also requires updation,” a circular issued by the Government said.
Through circular, the Government enjoined upon all the members of the IAS and KAS of J&K, including Junior KAS officers, to submit their information regarding name, parentage, DOB, Aadhaar number, Nationality, current posting department and district, date of joining, current class, scanned signature, etc on email Id-servicesection226 @gmail.com within period of 15 days positively.
