JAMMU, May 25: To inculcate sense of moral and ethical values among the youth, Vichar Karanti Manch International, held a seminar in collaboration with the Department of Youth Services and Sports at Youth Hostel Nagrota, here.
About 250 students drawn from various districts of Jammu division participated in the event.
Founder VKM, RR Khajuria while speaking on the occasion said that it was everybody’s duty to contribute in infusing moral and spiritual values among the youth to help them not to get derailed from the main stream and become ideal citizens and good human beings.
SK Jain, President VKMI while addressing said that youth are future of every country and it was their moral duty to inculcate sense of discipline and patriotism among them, while RD Soni, Advisor VKMI stressed upon weeding out absurdity from the youth to help them in character building.
The vote of thanks was presented by Tirath Ram, District Youth Services and Sports Officer, Jammu.
Prominent among those present on the occasion were Harvinder Singh and Ram Rattan Sharma, General Secretary and Vice President of VKMI respectively.
