JAMMU, Dec 12: Dr Ranjit Singh, Senior Joint Replacement Surgeon, EMC Hospital, successfully performed Knee Replacement Surgery on a 94-year-old man hailing from Amritsar.
Malkeet Singh was suffering from knee arthritis since many years. Besides crippling knee pain, he had an array of medical issues like stents in heart, diabetes and blood pressure. Most of the surgeons, whom he had consulted for his knee pain, had refused for surgery considering his age and various medical illnesses he had.
