JAMMU: Dharmarth Trust employees on Saturday staged a protest demonstration in front of Congress party office here and claimed mismanagement in Dharmarth Trust.
With this the agitation of these employees today entered day 11 under the banner of Dharmarth Trust Employees Association (DTEA).
The protesters were demanding expulsion of Vikramaditya Singh, Trustee of the Trust from the Congress membership for his silence over the issue of mismanagement in the Trust.
They also demanded constitution of a Board for Trust on the pattern of SMVD Shrine Board.
The protesting employees alleged that instead of holding negotiations with employees to settle their pending demands, Dharmarth Trust management suspended Association President, General Secretary and other office bearers with malafide intentions to harass and crush trade union activities.
