JAMMU, Dec 13: A minor boy succumbed to his burn injuries in Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) Jammu here today, a police official said.
The deceased has been identified as Kartik (3), son of Mantu, a resident of Trikuta Nagar.
He was admitted in GMCH Jammu on December 11 this year due to burn injuries with hot water.
After completing medical and legal formalities, the body of the deceased minor was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
Cognizance stands taken by Bahu Fort Police in this regard.
