Cong always acted against national interests: Bali Bhagat

JAMMU, Dec 13: Congress has always acted against the national interests and doubted the courage and vigor of brave soldiers guarding the nation along International Borders from enemy countries like Pakistan and China.
This was stated by Bali Bhagat, former Minister and senior leader BJP while addressing a series of election meetings at Dhallan and Budwal villages of Khour territorial constituency in support of BJP Candidate, Suraj Singh Bhau for DDC polls.
“BJP has time and now lauded and listened to the issues and grievances of border dwellers whether it was the issue of reservation for IB residents or the construction of safety bunkers for the people living along LoC”, he said, adding that the Saffron Party has left no stone unturned in addressing these issues for last 6 years.
“Congress always raised fingers on the courage and hardiness of Indian Army and Air Force,” he asserted and added that the Congress Party even doubted surgical strike across LoC in Pakistan and Balakot air strikes against enemy country.
Looking into the new era of development being realized by the BJP Government in each and every corner of the country, the former Minister said that the scope of Congress has further diminished with its leaders looking for space in BJP and other parties as clan politics has made it difficult for them to serve the society impartially and also make steady progress in the hierarchy of the party.
“The coalition which Congress is looking for every now and then is the witness to the fact that the party has no base and connect with the people is missing drastically thus making it a redundant entity in UT and national politics”, he said.
Bali Bhagat requested the people not to get misled by the false slogans of Congress and other political parties and vote for only BJP candidates in the upcoming DDC polls to ensure all round development.
Among those who accompanied the former Minister included Daljit Singh, former Vice Chairman Kissan Board, District President Jagdish Bhagat, Sarpanch Tersem Lal, Naib Sarpanch Chana Ram and Panch Darshan Bhagat.
