JAMMU, May 7: Vodafone India ramped up its retail presence in Jammu and Kashmir provinces with the launch of a new Vodafone Mini Store at Surankote in Poonch district.
The new store, which was inaugurated by a customer of the locality, will help enhance customer experience and facilitate more customers to avail the bouquet of services offered by Vodafone.
With the launch of this new store in Jammu province, the total count will go upto 49, further strengthening Vodafone’s presence in the region.
Vodafone Mini stores are staffed by trained Vodafone executives to offer first-hand information to customers on new post-paid and pre-paid connections, SIM replacements, query resolution, complaint management, e-bill facility and special offers.
The new store will cater to all existing and potential voice and data subscribers in the Surankote area.
