JAMMU: The search operation launched by the security forces on Friday in Kud area along Jammu-Srinagar National Highway in Udhampur district has been called off, police said.
Deputy Inspector General of Police Sujit Kumar here said that on specific inputs regarding suspicious movement, joint teams of Army, Police and CRPF in the morning launched search operation in Kud-Nathtop area.
“The search operation has been culminated,” said the DIG. He added that internet was not suspended while the traffic on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway remained through. (AGENCIES)
