JAMMU, May 8: Yogeshwar Singh Bhalwal (adv), J&K High Court, Jammu has been appointed the standing counsel for the Directorate of Youth Service and Sports, (DYSS) Jammu for conducting cases before the subordinate courts at district, Jammu.
According to Department of Law, Justice and Parliament Affairs, the engagement shall be for a period of one year from the date of issuance of order. The engagement of standing counsel shall be governed by the terms and conditions as laid down in Government order No. 4085-LD(A) of 2005 dated 24-10-2005.
