RAJOURI, Dec 31: A villager committed suicide by hanging in Thanamandi area of district Rajouri today.
The deceased has been identified as Abdul Rashid (63), son of Abdullah, resident of village Saaj. The villager’s dead body was found hanging from a tree near his house, official sources said.
The police party after getting information removed the body to hospital at Thanamandi for postmortem and later handed over to the family. A case has been registered in this connection.
