JAMMU, Jan 2: Nagrota Police arrested a driver along with 1.510 kilograms of cannabis.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Nagrota laid a naka near Ban Toll Plaza and intercepted Innova car bearing Registration Number JK04D-1355.
During checking, police team recovered 1.510 kilograms of cannabis from the vehicle and arrested the driver.
The arrested person has been identified as Shayad Altaf, son of Altaf Hussain of District Baramulla.
A case under FIR Number 1/2021 under Section 8/20 NDPS Act has been registered at Police Station Nagrota and investigation started.
