Claiming to have proof of telephonic conversation with HR Head of Max Protection, who said that interviews through virtual mode or through NIC electronic mode would be conducted for the posts after December 13, the selection list was issued without any interview.
“When we approached with HR of Max Protection, he said that the selection was made through draw of lots because of heavy rush of candidates. He also mentioned that there was only one post in Kargil as per the direction of UT Administration so the company did not select more candidates,” said the aggrieved candidates and pointed out that as per WhatsApp notification, there are two posts of Media Coordinator, five posts of Assistant Media Information Reporters, 4 posts of Cameraman and two posts of Graphic Designer and one Driver,
Alleging that the company demanded bribe, the aggrieved candidates said that they were collecting all proofs and going to lodge a complaint of criminal case against Max Protections.
“We have no grudge against the selected candidates but question is that why the company did not conduct interview and how they made selection by way of lucky draw?” they said and demanded a free and fair inquiry into the issue besides banning the company for such selections.
