JAMMU, Jan 6: Wipro conducted an online campus recruitment process for the Engineering students of the Batch 2017-21 of Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University (SMVDU) and selected 23 students for final placement.
B K. Bhatia, Placement Officer SMVDU, informed that the whole selection process included the online test, technical interviews and HR interviews which spread over about three months and finally Wipro selected 23 students (Computer-10, Electronics-11, Mechanical-02) of SMVDU for the Job Offer.
The Virtual Campus Process had begun in October 2020 with online registration of the students.
Prof R K Sinha, Vice Chancellor, SMVDU congratulated all the Wipro selectees for getting the job during the COVID-19 crisis and advised them to be sincere and hardworking while serving the company.
