JAMMU, Jan 6: ‘THE – SARA’-a registered non-profit organization under its ‘Mission Compassion’ through ‘Share the Warmth’ initiative distributed blankets and woolens at Kusht Ashram, Bhagwati Nagar here.
Under the initiative team ‘THE – SARA’ led by Dr. Raminder Jit Singh distributed woolen blankets, sweaters and caps among 53 families of leprosy patients.
On this occasion members of the Kusht Ashram Society were also present. Abdul Karim, Kusht Ashram Society president expressed gratitude for the efforts of ‘THE – SARA’ to support deprived section of the society.
It is pertinent to mention here that in this winter season ‘THE – SARA’ under its ‘Share the Warmth’ initiative has been supporting underprivileged through blankets and woolen and today’s distribution was second such initiative.
