JAMMU, Jan 8: A man and woman were found hanging in Ramban and Doda districts.
As per police sources, a man identified as Ranjeet Singh, son of Lal Singh, a resident of Kundi area of Karole, district Ramban was found hanging at his rented accommodation in Khan Mohallah Banihal.
After conducting autopsy, the body of the deceased has been handed over to family members for last rites.
Meanwhile, a woman identified as Mamta Devi (26), wife of Bhuri Singh was found hanging at her residence in Seru Kahaljugaser area of tehsil Gandoh district Doda.
The body has been shifted to mortuary of hospital for autopsy.
Gandoh Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
