JAMMU, Jan 9: A girl has been raped by a youth on marriage pretext.
As per police sources, a complaint was lodged by a girl with Police Station Bahu Fort stating that a youth identified as Bua Ditta, son of Tara Chand of Vijaypur district Samba made physical relations with her on the pretext of marrying her, but later refused.
Acting over the complaint, a case under FIR Number 11/2021 under Section 376, 504 and 506 IPC has been registered at Police Station Bahu Fort and investigation started.
