JAMMU, Jan 12: A meeting of BJP ST Morcha State office bearer of BJP ST Morcha held at Jammu regarding the issues related to ST Community.
The meeting was chaired by All Morcha Parbhari, Munish Sharma. The main agenda of the meeting was implementation process of Forest Right Act in JK. Munish Sharma said that this Act will bring a revolution for Tribal communities of Union Territory.
Especially the Gujjar and Bakarwal community will get rights of grazing and utilisation of forest land through this Act. He said that BJP is committed to fulfil all the demands of downtrodden communities of JK. Sharma said that BJP ST Morcha will launch a public outreach program in Tribal areas to aware people about Forest Right Act 2006 & listen the other grievances of people.
