JAMMU, Jan 14: To help the poor and needy people in chilly weather presently, Sangram Sena distributed blankets and Rajais to the needy families in Kamini Nagrota near here.
In a handout Sangram Sena president, R.K Raina has appealed to the general public to come forward and help the needy people by giving them warm clothes, blankets etc.
He also said that service of poor is the service of God and those who have extra clothes at their homes which are not in use should donate them to the needy people shivering in cold.
Those who were present on the occasion were R.S Langeh, general secretary of Sangram Sena; Rajesh Banathiya, chief organiser; Raju Jamwal, Sudhir Padha, chairman Divine Touch and member Sewa Samiti; Brij Mehra, president Jammu Pragrati Manch; Kuldeep Singh, vice president and others.
