Warm send off accorded to retirees

JAMMU, Jan 30: A warm and affectionate send off was accorded today to Rajnesh Kapoor by the officers and staff members of the Relief Organization (M) Jammu, on his superannuation as Assistant Director Planning (Relief Organization). TK Bhat, Relief and Rehabilitation Commissioner (M) Jammu and other officers/officials of the organization wished good health and prosperous retired life to the retiring officer.
In a function organized at Committee Hall of Government Medical College (GMC) Jammu, warm farewell was given to Dr Narendra Sharma, Prof & Head, Post Graduate Department of Radio Diagonsis and Imaging, on his retirement. Principal, GMC & AHs, Jammu, Dr Shashi Sudhan Sharma, HoD’s, all the faculty members and staff present on the occasion, wished Dr Narendra happy and healthy retired life.
Ajay Kumar, Legal Assistant, working in Advocate General Office, Jammu was accorded a warm send off by officers/officials of the AG Office on his superannuation after rendering more than 35 years of service in the Office. Ld Advocate General D C Raina graced the occasion and wished the retiring official happy post retirement life.
An impressive farewell function was organized at Government Girls Higher Secondary School Reasi to give a warm send off to Principal of the Institution, Neelam Gandotra, who is going to retire tomorrow (January 31) after rendering more than 36 years of her service in the Education Department. CEO Reasi, Mushtaq Ahmed and all staff members of the school wished the retiring Principal happy and prosperous post retirement life.
Staff and officers of Directorate of Agriculture Production & Farmers Welfare, Jammu accorded warm and affectionate farewell to Rahul Jamwal, Divisional Seed Certification Officer Jammu, Sunil Gupta, Section Officer, JDA (Extension) and Bodh Raj, GCO Marh, who retired today after rendering more than 36 years of service to the Department
Warm wishes were also extended to other retiring officers and staff of the department namely Rajinder Singh Jamwal (SMS II Jammu), Ravi Matto (SMS III Budhal), Lokesh Naryan Dhar (SMS III Rajouri), Mohan Lal (SMS II Rajouri), Gulzar Ahmad (AEO Ramban), Balwant Singh (JAEO Kathua), Roshan Lal (Agricultural Overseer RS Pura), Giridhari Lal (Field Assistant I Doda), Dev Raj (Tractor Cleaner, Chinore) and Ghulan Nabi (Field Assistant I, Rajouri).
A grand function was organized by the J&K ITI Employees United Front/staff of ITI Jammu to bid farewell to Er Bhushan Khajuria and senior faculty members –Deepak Kumar and Babu Ram Sharma who attained the superannuation after serving the Skill Development Department J&K, Jammu in various capacities. Director Skill Development Department, J&K, Sazad Hussain Ganai presented the mementoes to the retired officers/officials and wished them healthy and peaceful retired life.
Joginder Singh, Lecturer, who attained superannuation today, was given a warm farewell in a function organized in DIET Kud (Udhampur). Principal Sikander Lal and other staff members termed the retiring officer a gem who always performed his duty with dedication.
The District Information Centre (DIC) Anantnag organize a function to bid farewell to Information Assistant, Gh Qadir Bhat on his superannuation from the Government service today. District Information Officer and all other staff members attended the function and wished the retiring official great post retirement life.
District Police Reasi organized a simple but impressive function at the Conference Hall, District Police Lines, Reasi, to bid farewell to Baldev Raj (SI), Abdul Rashid (ASI) and Lekh Raj (SGCt) who attained superannuation after serving J&K Police, for 40 to 42 years.
