JKNPP chairman’s accusations based on ignorance: Brig Gupta

Excelsior Correspondent

JAMMU, Jan 30: Frustrated by the repeated rejection by the people and drubbing in the elections Panthers Party chairman has become a habitual and compulsive critic of Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) but unfortunately his criticism lacks substance and truth since it is based on bundle of lies stated Brig Veteran Anil Gupta, spokesperson of the BJP.
Unable to bear the unstinted love and support of the people for BJP and PM Modi which has led to virtual dissemination of his party he regularly spits venom against the party and its leadership which is proving to be counterproductive as is evident from the results of the recently held elections for the DDCs.
While continuing his unending anti-BJP tirade, his latest accusation is of “BJP having failed to fulfill even a single promise made to its electorate during 2014 Assembly elections”. By making this accusation the JKNPP chairman has proved his ignorance since nothing more can be farther from truth than his accusation. BJP issued a Vision Document prior to the 2014 Assembly elections based on concept of time covering Tourism, Infrastructure, Management and Empowerment. Various measures were proposed in the Vision Document under these headings for balanced, equitable and holistic development of all three regions stated Brig Gupta.
BJP has not only fulfilled the promises but delivered much more than that through abrogation of discriminatory and divisive Articles 370 and 35A.
All the promises made to West Pakistan refugees, PoJK refugees and border residents have been fulfilled which none of the parties dared in the past. Reservation for border residents, STs, economically backward, Paharis, implementation of 73rd and 74th amendments, recruitment in women police and border police battalions and IRP battalions, abrogation of SRO 202 are some of the other fulfilled promises. Removal of encroachments from forest land, Government land and identification of illegal beneficiaries of Roshni scheme including an all-out war against corruption, could only be done by BJP.
The list of achievements of BJP is too big and also includes tremendous leap in the education sector, infrastructure, health and industrial sectors.
BJP challenges JKNPP chairman and other opposition leaders who also refuse to accept the reality to dispute the achievements mentioned above.
The much needed new Industrial policy for promotion of industry and generation of employment has also been announced.
