JAMMU, Jan 30: Issuing four separate orders, Government of Jammu & Kashmir today ordered placement of several Engineers to higher post in PW (R&B) Department and consequently ordered their transfer and postings.
According to the first order, Incharge (I/c) Superintending Engineer (Civil) Pervez Ahmad Qadeemi has been placed as I/c Chief Engineer (CE) in his own pay and grade with effect from 03-12-2020, I/c SE (Civil) Ravinder Kumar Mansotra as I/c CE with effect from 03-12-2020 and I/c SE (Civil) Rajinder Pal Gupta as I/c CE with effect from 01-02-2021.
Consequently, Pervez Ahmad Qadeemi has been transferred from R&B Circle Pulwama-Shopian to SKIMS Soura, Ravinder Kumar Mansotra from R&B Circle Jammu-Kathua to J&K ERA Jammu, Kuldeep Nathyal (I/c SE) from J&K Police Housing Corporation to R&B Circle Jammu-Kathua, Gurdev Singh (I/c SE awaiting orders for adjustment) to R&B Circle Pulwama-Shopian and Mohit Mahajan (I/c Xen) from JMC Jammu to J&K Police Housing Corporation as I/c SE.
As per another order, sanction has been accorded to the placement of Nissar Hussain Kakapori, I/c Xen (Civil) as I/c SE (Civil) in his own pay and grade, for a period of six months or till such vacancy is filled up on regular basis, on the recommendation of DPC/PSC, whichever is earlier.
“Moreover, sanction has also been accorded to the placement of I/c Assistant Executive Engineers (Mechanical) Rajesh Sharma and Sandeep Kumar Dogra as I/c Xens (Mechanical) in their own pay and grade, for a period of six months or till such vacancies are filled up on regular basis, on the recommendation of DPC/PSC, whichever is earlier,” said another order.
According to another order, on their placement as I/c Xen, I/c AEE (Mechanical) Rajesh Sharma has been posted to MED Srinagar and services of Sandeep Kumar Dogra has been placed at the disposal of Jal Shakti Department for further posting. Similarly, on their placement as I/c AEE, I/c AE (Mechanical) Tashooq Ahmad Rather has been posted to MED Kupwara, I/c AE (Mech) Sunil Koul as TO to Xen Mechanical Division Rajouri.
Likewise, on their placements as I/c AEE, I/c AE (Mech) Mohd Tariq Dar and I/c AE (Mech) Fayaz Ahmad Ganaie have been posted to LAWDA while services of I/c AE (Mech) Raja Ji Choudhery have been placed at the disposal of Jal Shakti Department for further posting.
Similarly, on their placement as I/c AEE, I/c AE (Mech) Rohit Bhat has been posted to Workshop Sub Division Mechanical (Khellani, Doda), I/c AE (Mech) Chander Shekhar to Direction Office (Chief Engineer MED Jammu) and I/c AE (Mech) Akshay Sobti to Field Sub Division Mechanical (Nowshera, Rajouri).
Besides, I/c AEE (Mech) SKIMS Imran Firdous and Junior Engineer (Civil) PW (R&B) Division Poonch, have been transferred and their services are at the disposal of Jal Shakti Department and Home Department, respectively for further postings.
Irfan-ul-Muzaffar, I/c AEE (Mech) LAWDA has been transferred and posted to MED Sub Sivision Pulwama and Junior Engineer (Mech) Vicky Kumar Bhat from JMC to Chief Engineer MED Kashmir for further posting. I/c XEn (Civil) JKPCC Kishore Kumar has been recalled from JKPCC and posted in JMC.
