It appeared from the news of 15th May,2013 that the Govt. has awakened to the wide spread crimes being committed against the women in our country and is considering bringing about necessary changes in the education system.
The realization has come 66 years after attaining Independence and self governance. So far people were lured in the “Island of the lotus eaters” through slogans like”India Shining”.
People know veracity of this claim better. The brutal crimes agianst the fair sex irrespective of age has made the sensible people hang their heads with shame before the world. We were taught, “If wealth is lost, nothing is lost; if health is lost something is lost; if character is lost every thing is lost”. Does it apply to the present generation also?
The cultural invasion by our anti-nationals in the name of progressive modern society has brought the nation to the edge of the abyss. Any one talking of modesty, ethics, morality and “Dharma” is laballed as premitive, backward, narrow minded and even communal.
