UDHAMPUR, Feb 10: Resident of village Satya in Ramnagar held protest and demanded repair of Government Allopathic Sub Centre.
A large number of residents assembled in front of Government Allopathic Sub Centre at village Satya and held protest. They raised slogans against the District Administration and Medical Department for not repairing the damaged Allopathic Sub Centre.
The protestors said that the roof top of the Allopathic Sub Centre at village Satya got damaged around two year back and till today it has not been repaired.
“The issue of repairing Allopathic Sub Centre was taken up with the concerned authorities several times, but no steps have been taken to repair this centre”, the protestors added.
With a warning to continue their protest if the centre is not repaired in the shortest possible time, the residents dispersed.
Among others present were Sarpanch Pawan Kumar, Ramesh Chandra, Ramesh Singh Panch, Kartar Chand, Suram Chand, Dara Singh, Ashok Kumar, Bishan Das, Ratan Chand, etc.
