NEW DELHI: Union Minister Nitin Gadkari today approved rehabilitation and upgradation 2 Lane including construction of Nowshera Tunnel on Akhnoor – Poonch road (NH-144A) worth Rs. 642.24 Cr in the UT of Jammu & Kashmir under project Sampark, Border road Organisation (BRO).
