LEH, Feb 14: Police arrested five gamblers along with Rs 39,155 stake money and playing cards.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Police Station Leh conducted raid in a building near Bus Stand here and arrested five gamblers along with Rs 39,155 stake money and playing cards.
The arrested persons were identified as Tashi Phunsok, Gindun Eshey, Tashi Stobdan, Thukjey Targias and Tashi Dawa.
A case under FIR Number 19/2021 under Section 13 Gambling Act was registered at Police Station Leh and investigation started.
