Bhartiya Vedic Sansthan releases Vinayak Vandhana

JAMMU, May 22: Bhartiya Vedic Sansthan Jammu is organizing a 10 -day long grand Mahayagya at Parade Ground here on Ganesh Chaturthi falling on September 9.
This was stated by Acharya Sanjay Shastri Ji, the chief editor of Vinayak Vandhana a religious book published under the aegis of Bhartiya Vedic Sansthan, Jammu. He said the Mahayagya will culminate on September 18.
On the occasion the Vinayak Vandhana was released by Congress leader and MLC, Jugal Kishore Sharma, Dewan Chand Bansal, patron,  Mahamandleshwar Swami Hirdeynand Giri Ji Maharaj and Prof CM Raina.
The book throws light on the life of Lord Ganesha who is also worshiped as Sidhi Vinayak by Hindus in India as well as abroad.
Shastri Ji said that through Vinayak Vandhana Hindus of the State will know about the life and history of Lord Ganesha.
He said in J&K Lord Ganesha is worshiped as son of Bhagawan Shiva and Maa Bhawani Shakti. But very few people know about the life and history of Lord and the book will guide the people about the same.
He said the book is being released in advance of Ganesh Chaturthi which falls on September 9.
Others present in the press conference included Pankaj Chopra, co-ordinator, Roshan Sharma, cashier, Harbajan Singh Chib, Bushan Kumar, Ramesh Kumar Badyal, Amit Goswami, Anil Gupta, Rajpal Sharma, P D Singh, Chander Moli Raina, Shiv Raina, Sudershan Chowdhary and Mohinder Singh Jamwal.
