JAMMU, Feb 19: Bhartiya Lok Sangeet Kala Sansthan (BLSKS) here today in coordination with Directorate of Social Welfare and Sangam Tru Art Production presented Dogri musical concert ‘Nasha Kola Bacho’.
The programme was inaugurated by the chief guest, V.K Magotra, former Regional Director, Directorate of Field Publicity.
Among the guests of honour were Dr. Tara Singh Charak, Former Deputy Director Health Department, Dr. Anju Kumari Dogra, Health Department and R.P Amla assisted the concert.
The special items prepared on the theme were ‘Nasha Nai Kario Munde Kureio’, ‘Bacho Bacho Tobacoo Kola Bacho’, ‘Nai Pee Shraban’ etc while skits, songs and dances were also presented to aware the masses.
Speaking on the occasion the chief guest talked about the dangers of drug abuse and illegal trade of drugs.
Artist of BLSKS also presented songs written by M.L Dogra to aware masses about drug abuse.
Welcome speech was given by M.L Dogra, BLSKS Chairman.
Anju Dogra also spoke on the occasion.
Singers, musician, actors and students of Music and Computer Institute who participated in the concert were Usha Handoo, M.C Kotwal, Rajni Gupta, Sanjeev Kumar Sodhi, Sudesh Manhas, Chahat Chadha, Sant Dass and others.
