DODA, Feb 23: A 28-year-old man was killed on the spot when a car he was driving fell into a deep gorge near Sunwara area on Malikpura-Chilly road here today.
As per police sources, Eeco car driven by Sajad Ahmed, son of Mohammad Hussain Wani of Sunwara fell down into 500 meters deep gorge near Sunwara area on Malikpura-Chilly road. Sajad (28) died on the spot while the newly bought vehicle was completely damaged.
The deceased was on way to Sunwara from Chilly when he lost control of the vehicle, leading to the accident.
After conducting autopsy, the body of the deceased was handed over to legal heirs for last rites.
A case under relevant Sections has been registered at Police Station Gandoh and investigation started.
