KATHUA, Feb 27: Kathua police has arrested a youth for stoking a lady employee of DC office Kathua and using offensive language on phone.
The lady employee had lodged a complaint with Women Police Kathua in this regard and also DC Kathua, O P Bhagat also instructed the police to take strict action under the law against the culprit. On the basis of the complaint Police arrested the youth and filed a case Number 8/2021 under Section 354-D , 506 and 67A IT in Women Police Cell Kathua on the complaint of the lady employee.
In her complaint the employee had said that the accused was harassing her by WhastsApp burglar messages regularly and projecting himself as a higher officer of DC office Kathua.
The accused has been identified Sanjeev Jasrotia alias Rinku son of Gurdayal Singh of Kathua.
