JAMMU, Mar 4: Arnia Police today produced a chargesheet in a case where an offence was committed against a child for kidnapping and sexual abuse.
SHO Arnia Inspector Harjeet Singh under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan today produced chargesheet against two accused Balbir Kumar, son of Mohan Lal and Rahul Kumar, son of Sohan Lal, both residents of Makwal District Jammu.
It is pertinent to mention that in January this year, the duo kidnapped a minor girl (name with held) and sexually abused her.
Subsequently, a case under FIR Number 5/2021 under Sections 376, 363, 452 and 109 IPC and 3/4 Prevention of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act was lodged at Police Station Arnia and investigation was taken up.
Both the accused were arrested and after collection of evidences, chargesheet was produced in the Court of Law.
