JAMMU, Mar 4: All J&K Plus 2 Officers Association held a meeting, here today under the leadership of president Dr Prithvi Paul Raina and decided to take up all the important issues of the cadre before the Administrative Secretary immediately for consideration and favourable action.
The Association discussed the demands and issues, which include ACP to Plus 2 Lecturers cadre @ 6600,7600 and 8700 as per the other counter parts in all other Departments , placement of about 2456 Lecturers as Sr Lecturers as per SRO 481, consideration and issuance of SRO regarding promotions as Principals, filling up all posts of ZEOs out of Sr Lecturers as Zonal Education Officers and Sr Lecturers posts are equivalent posts, transfers of Lecturers and Principals working outside their districts and hard zones, regularization of all incumbents promoted till 31st , 2020 in one go.
The Association also demanded filling up of all vacant positions in School Education Department through promotions in a time bound manner and release of Charge Allowance in favor of all promoted Lecturers till date as they have been dislocated from their places of postings and got adjusted as per the requirements of the subjects in different Higher Secondary schools in their own pay and grade.
All the Executive members and others who took part in the meeting, included Rajeev Kumar Sharma (Vice President), Narinder Kumar Sharma (General Secretary), Kapil Banotra (Jt.Secretary), Sanjeev Kumar (Treasurer), Suresh Kumar Raina (Publicity Secretary), Bishamber Nathan, Prem Pal Verma, Sukhvinder Singh, Mohd Younis and others.
