JSM demands action against Director TBS

JAMMU, May 28: Jammu Students Morcha (JSM) has expressed its full support to the NSF in campaign against corruption in The Business School and a probe into the allegations.
Talking to media persons, JSM president of Jammu University unit, Narinder Singh alleged that Director The Business School was involved in wasteful expenditure of the University by misusing her official position. In support of his allegations, he gave some examples like purchasing of a chair worth Rs 18000 for the Director’s office.
The JSM leader also lodged his protest over alleged ignoring of offsite campus students of the MBA in placement opportunities notwithstanding the fact that a fee of Rs 2000 is charged from each student.
He urged Vice-Chancellor Jammu University to initiate probe into the scam of The Business School and warned a series of joint protests with NSF if no action is taken in this regard. “JSM and NSF will hold joint protest dharna outside the Governor House if the VC does not take cognizance of allegations against the Director The Business School,” he said.
