Delegation of In-charge Lecturers & officers calls on Secy School Education

JAMMU, Mar 20: A seven member delegation of Incharge lecturers and officers, led by Amar Nath Thakur, Chairman JKSEECC and President Incharge Lecturers Forum, called on B K Singh, Secretary School Education Department and discussed regularization issue and repatriation of CEO and Lecturers from Leh and Kargil.
Thakur also demanded immediate convening of DPC meeting of all incharge gazetted cadres, clearance of DPC of nine subjects of lecturers and Principals whose clearance is received and roster as per reservation and seniority is complete, de-reserving all posts vide Circular No:- 10 -JK (GAD) of 2021 dated 05-3-2021 as per reservation roster , issuing regularization orders of four subject lectures Eco, Botany, EVS and Chemistry and other gazetted reserved category cadres whose names have been cleared by DPC held on 15-7-2019, updated vacancy position of all subjects lecturers including Leh and Kargil districts for regularization, implementing rational transfer policy, filling all vacant posts of all teaching and administrative staff, taking action against those who have completed stay at choice postings but did not apply on line for transfer.
Secretary very patiently heard all demands and assured early repatriation of all lecturers and CEOs from Leh and Kargil. He also assured review of DPC meeting of all gazetted in-charge cadres and fixed review meeting next day on the spot. He assured that all decisions taken in review DPC meeting would be shared with the delegation leaders.
The Secretary directed HRM Cell officers and officials to produce DPC minutes of meeting held on 15-7-2019 to issue regularization orders of reserved category incharge lecturers and other officers. He further assured that he would issue regularization orders of all cadres subject so that expired, retired and serving incharge lecturers and other officers whose name is cleared by vigilance may not suffer any more.
Earlier, delegation also called on Additional Secretary, Deputy Secretary, Nodal officer and other officials of HRM cell. Delegation also sought appointment from Advisor R R Bhatnagar and Chief Secretary office to represent the issue of School Education Department .
Those who were present in the delegation, included Ravesh Saraf, Tara Mani, Romesh Chand, Vinod Pandita, Jagdev Singh and others.
