SRINAGAR, June 2: Police today said that a man, Farooq Ahmad Shabingi, 26, son of Ahmed Ali of Malikpora Haril, was found hanging from a tree in his village at Handwara. His body was handed over to his relatives for last rites after completion of all medico-legal formalities.
Police said they have started investigations under Section 174 CrPC.
