POONCH, Apr 3: BJP Jammu & Kashmir held Shakti Kendra Pramukh Sammelan of district Poonch which was attended by party senior leaders, party’s Shakti Kendra Pramukhs, booth presidents from 7 Mandals namely Poonch Urban, Poonch Rural, Mandi, Mendhar, Surankote, Bufliaz and Balakote here, today.
J&K BJP president Ravinder Raina accompanied by Jugal Kishore Sharma Member Lok Sabha party general secretary (Org.), Ashok Kaul, general secretary, Vibodh Gupta former MLC, Pardeep Sharma, district Prabhari, Varinderjit Singh, district president, Mohammad Rafiq Chishti and other senior leaders addressed the meeting.
Ravinder Raina, while addressing the Sammelan asked the local party cadre to be focused on the issues regarding public welfare. He said that every party activist at the booth level must always remember the sole motive of party is aimed towards providing opportunity to those who were unheard for past seven decades.
Jugal Kishore Sharma said that no previous Government never listened to the aspirations of the masses and worked only to make unholy profits for themselves. It is the only Modi Ji led Government that has truly worked for the oppressed, he added.
Ashok Kaul briefed the organizational matters to the party activists. He apprised the party cadre of the forthcoming party programmes and asked them to prepare at ground level for party’s Sthapna Diwas programme on April 6.
Vibodh Gupta expressed happiness over the way the prominent from all walks of life and especially other parties are turning towards BJP, which he attributed to the selfless working by BJP cadre.
Mohammad Rafiq Chishti complimented the senior party leadership for their guidance and appreciated the party cadre for their active participation in the Sammelan.
