JAMMU, Apr 3: A journalist was attacked and injured by some miscreants near BC Road here late last night.
As per police sources, a journalist identified as Rahul Khatri, a resident of Rampura District Jammu was heading towards his home when he was attacked by some miscreants near BC Road. The journalist received injuries in the attack and discharged from the hospital after first aid.
The miscreants also snatched the mobile phone and purse containing some important documents of Rahul Khatri.
A case under FIR Number 14/2021 under Sections 323, 341, 382, 147 and 427 IPC has been registered at Police Station Bus Stand and hunt has been launched to nab the attackers.
