JAMMU, Apr 4: Traders Federation Ware House/Nehru Market, Jammu elected its new body in its general body meeting held today at Greater Kailash, Jammu under the presidentship of Rattan Lal Mahajan.
The new team of Traders Federation comprised of Deepak Gupta (president), Munish Mahajan (senior vice-president), Abhimanyu Gupta (junior vice-president), Sham Lal Langer (general secretary), Vishal Gupta (secretary) and Amit Gupta (treasurer).
While Deepak Gupta secured 414 votes and defeated his rival Sunil Gupta by 293 votes, Munish Mahajan secured 326 votes and defeated his opponent Dheeraj Gupta by 120 votes. Abhimanyu Gupta defeated Sandeep Gupta by 180 votes, Sham Lal Langer defeated his rival Naresh Gupta by 201 votes, Vishal Gupta defeated his opponent Rajesh Gupta by 306 votes and Amit Gupta defeated his rival Naman Gupta by 141 votes.
The election process was presided over by election president Rajesh Bhagotra along with Rajan Gupta, Atul Khanna, Kishan P Gupta and Sudesh Gupta.
