JAMMU, Apr 6: A delegation of Central Working Committee of All J&K Plus Two PSC Lecturers’ Association, led by its Convener Manjeet Chib, called on DSEJ, Dr Ravi Shankar Sharma and discussed with him long pending demands of the cadre.
Mr Chib apprised DSEJ about some of the core issues concerning direct recruits and requested him to look into the matter. He said that the Association was never against regularization but the department should also protect the rights of direct recruits. He urged DSEJ to eliminate illegal notional effect from School Education Department so that seniority of direct recruits remain intact.
Mr Chib urged DSEJ to use his administrative authority and ask the department to regularize all the officers of School Education Department, including Joint Directors, CEOs, Principals and all ZEOs in a time bound manner. The delegation rued worst kind of stagnation being faced by +2 cadre and demanded assured career progression (ACP ).
Those who were part of the delegation, included Sandeep Sharma, Rishi Manhas, Vinod Bamrotra, Sanjay Gupta and Vijay Sharma.
